Unfortunately, we have identified a risk that the heating pad might start to burn when heated in a microwave oven. Søstrene Grene recalls all heating pads in order to avoid accidents.
Anyone who has bought the heating pad can therefore have the full price refunded by returning the product to a Søstrene Grene store before 15 May 2020. There is no need to bring a receipt.
