Søstrene Grene is hereby recalling: watercolours, 12 pcs.
The recall only applies to some batches of the product, which has been sold from 12 September 2022 to 13 February 2025. An elevated amount of lead has been found in the white colour, exceeding the established limit values, which poses a health risk upon skin contact or ingestion.
Therefore, Søstrene Grene is recalling the product from these specific batches. The batch number can be found alongside the price on the packaging. The concerned batch numbers are:
230866, 197019, 198467, 208690, 213463, 216944
Anyone who has bought the watercolours from these batches can therefore have the full price refunded or exchange it for an item of the same value by returning the product to a Søstrene Grene store. There is no need to bring a receipt. This also applies even if the product packaging has been removed and the batch number therefore is no longer visible.
