’Tiny Stories’ is the title of Søstrene Grene’s upcoming autumn collection that offers inspiration for decorating the home in a creative and functional way with plenty of personality. Get a sneak peek of the collection that launches on 29 August 2024.
A side table of mirrors, fish – both for decorations and those you can eat – as well as elegant wall shelves and colourful LED lamps in a completely new design. These are some of the novelties to look forward to at the launch of Søstrene Grene’s autumn collection which offers the opportunity to incorporate more of this autumn’s interior trends to the home at prices that everyone can afford.
“With this year’s autumn collection, Tiny Stories, we wish to embrace that we are all different and have different ways of living – and that every home tells its own little story,” Søstrene Grene’s Head of Design, Kristina Kirkegaard, explains. The collection aligns with several of today’s interior trends:
“We see that the shiny expression from chrome and mirrors increases in popularity as details that extend throughout the entire home. Simultaneously, fish are also trending at the moment – from those in ceramics to those on textiles as well as sardines served in beautiful tins. This adds a Southern European style which complements the Nordic chrome beautifully. We also see more and more ceramics in soft shapes, and it is these types of details that capture the eye and that can enhance the quirkiness and personality of the décor,” Kristina Kirkegaard says.
In addition to new items within furniture, interior, and kitchen, the collection also offers several creative storage solutions to make the most out of the living space in the home. For example, functional shelves, hooks, and a mirror that can easily be fastened on the back of a door or a cabinet are to be launched.
Søstrene Grene’s autumn collection launches in all stores and on the web shop Thursday 29 August 2024.

The shiny expression – chrome and mirrors
The autumn collection includes a cube-shaped side table covered in mirrors that can also be used mounted. Additionally, the chrome look is present as details on wall shelves, stools, a lounge chair, as well as in the form of a minimalistic candle holder with an organic shape.

- Cobalt blue – in details for the entire home
The characteristic colour with the clean expression can be found in several items amongst the upcoming collection novelties, including a side table with column legs, a stool in bouclé fabric, as well as a LED lamp in a completely new design with a rotatable shade.

- Fish as a motif – and those you can eat
Fish, and especially sardines, are a hit at the moment. Amongst the collection, the fish motif will emerge on a ceramic dish, woven on a tea towel, on a poster, and furthermore you will find those you can actually eat in the form of canned sardines in beautiful packaging – ready to be served.

- Ceramics in organic and playful shapes – that catch the eye
Ceramics are true classics in the home and currently, ceramics in soft and playful shapes are gaining popularity as quirky interior details that add extra personality. The autumn collection includes decorative trays, candle holders, and decorative figurines in the popular look.
